"It's cool." Lauren grinned. "I wanted a pit bull before we got Boltzmann here so bad mannered dogs are fine by me. So long as he doesn't bite me it's all gravy."
She shook her head and turned to look at Boltz. The English Bulldog was just sat there happily looking between the three girls.
"Lazy dog." She chuckled to herself. "You know, Jocky, you should try out too. You're probably not as bad as you think. I always thought I was a bad singer until I was told otherwise."
It was a lie but she didn't care.

Jocky smirked. "I'd still put myself in sports above music, and both takes a lot of time. It's not really a good idea to half your time for both," said Jocky, who had seen many tried and failed right afterwards. She looked at Shanae. "But I'm sure to watch you guys..." she said, hoping that the girl would enter the band.
