"Yeah. Not to a massive extent. It was a course taken on weekends over the course of a month," Reese beamed "But it got you in the water, didn't it?" He pulled her further out, adn crouched in the cool water. "One thing I love about this place is the beach. You'll never get sick of it."

She frowned, "I just hope you learned enough and listened" she said.
Shanae nodded her head as she the water reached to her waist. "It's usually my sanctuary but now... do you think people would go around here at night?" she asked as she shifted her eyes to the shore where crowds of people gathered.

Reese simply nodded, "They're bright out here, and the moon is huge. You going to be alright walking by yourself. Even though its a small town thee are some bad guys out there."

Shanae threw him a wicked grin, "I'm big girl, i can take them on..." she said but then added uncertainly, "...at least i think so" she laughed after.
"Have you met them? Mind if you share the experience so'd i be ready?" she asked

Reese nodded, "Yeah, they're not very good guys. Into hardcore drugs and don't really treat girls all that well from what I've seen." HE thought a moment, "I dont know if you can take them. they range from a bit smaller than me to about my size."

Shanae looked over at Reese and studied his size. He was huge but then she was small and she could slip easily like a snake with her ballet skills. She thought for a second, "No i don't think i can, but do you think i can out run them?" she asked, since she was fast and light on her feet

"Possibly. It depends on who it is, how many there are, and if they're packing," Reese replied shrugging. "I've only herd rumors of anyone packing, but they do like to gang up on people. They don't have enough balls to enter a fight without backup. After dark, I wouldnt suggest coming down here without someone, and without your cellphone fully charged and your finger on teh dial button. You're a small and pretty girl. There are some sick guys out there."

Shanae blushed at his words but then crossed her arms across her chest. "I am not small!" she said firmly, though knowing she really was. "And i always have my cell charged up," she added, and knowing this information was of no use.

"Ok, you're not small," Reese chuckled. "I would suggest always having your cell phone, and to not come down here alone, nor let your sister do it. No matter how much you hate her, it would suck having to deal with the aftermath."

"I dont know. I'm adopted," Reese admitted. "I'll say, not that I've ever met, and my adoptive parents didnt supply me with one," he chuckled. "Your sister your only sibling?"

"I'm sorry!" Shanae immediately after hearing the news, knowing probably that she had touched a very sensitive subject. "I'm so sorry! I didn't know! I'm sorry!" she said again as she looked pleadingly at Reese.
"And yeah she's sadly my only sister," she nodded her head
