Background: Ocean spent the first years of his life growing up relatively normally in a small coastal community until he started High School. The 'interesting' name that his parents bestowed on him, brought him endless hassle from his peers and happy go lucky boy began to feel the pinch of being bullied.
Feeling shut out by his parents, who spent most of their time at their respective workplaces or with his youngest sister Rain, he joined a bunch of kids that seemed to give a damn about who he was and what he was doing. By the age of 14, he was running about late night and talking back to his parents. By 15, he was caught drinking with his new pals in parking lots. By 16, he was on his way to being a complete screw up. His friends pressuring him to do far worse things than drink or tell his parents where to go. Before his 17th birthday, he was caught on camera breaking into a drug store with his buddies. As it was a first offence, he was let off with a caution, but it galvanised his parents into action and as Skye and Rain were becoming problems, they decided to move.
It remains to be seen if the move will help.
